About Me

Alejandra: I knew I was a food person when I was hosting dinner parties with my dolls at the tender age of 7. By 11, I decided that going out to dinner was more fun than I have ever had. And for my Quinceañera, I skipped the traditional coming out party for an old-school paellada at home. Hosting people over for dinner or drinks has always filled me with pleasure. And service in a restaurant is no different. It's like throwing a dinner party - several ones a night - where food, beverage, ambience, service, light and music all synchronize to create an experience.
